Explain me about my bill and helping me buy a new phone. I've been going there for like 3 years and I have and Xfinity cable for over 18 years. And I have always received excellent service. The only thing I have to tell you do not call their customer service. You're better off going to Xfinity store because you will get the service quick. You're not being put on hold or being told by six other reps. The wrong information. The problem was resolved fixed within 2 minutes. That's better than waiting on the phone for 45 minutes.
