I brought my water damaged iphone to Jerry and was told it would be fixed in an hour. Fast forward 2 weeks. Still didn't have my phone. Was told by Jerry several times he would call me back about the status of my phone. He never called me to tell me anything. I hounded this guy almost every day for two weeks, only to be told excuse after excuse about why my phone was not yet repaired. He delved into his personal life (finding excuses) on several occasions but I was too nice to tell him I didn't care and I just wanted my phone back. Finally, when he came to the realization he couldn't fix my phone, he said he would at least rig it so it didn't appear to be water damaged and Apple would just give me a new phone under my warranty. Say its my fault for not being thorough, but I just wanted my phone back at that time. I finally had my busted phone back in my posession when I realized he didn't rig it at all. The headphone jack was still bright red...and I had to take my phone to the Apple store in an hour! I called him to tell him how he royally screwed me this time. I didn't listen to his excuses about fixing it. I went online and upgraded my phone paying $386 for a new one. Believe me, the price was worth not dealing with Jerry again.
