Visited the store for equipment return and was afraid based on the crowd of people that I'd be there for hours. To my pleasant surprise I was in and out of the store in 15 mins!! I was greeted professionally for the sign in process. Advised where I stood on the list. The customer service was great especially because my needs were exceeded! The representative reviewed my account and advised of options to lower my bill with us valuable when everything is expensive today! Returning cable boxes and going streaming is the best decision. Especially when u pay these ppl to rent boxes... Then when u go to return them to the store. They try getting you to sign up for a new package deal. And they keep asking u can get anoyying. read more

Comcast /Xfinity is the biggest cable service rip-off ever! My current package is only supposed to cost me $189. per month. Somehow, even though I make regular payments on my bill, it always seems to exceed the expected monthly payment amount. My bill seems to jump way up to the amount of $500 to $700. I have been making regular monthly payments on my bill; and whenever I asked why this keeps happening, no one at Comcast/Xfinity can give me a reasonable or acceptableanswer. On top of all of this, I keep trying to explain to them that there must be a mistake. I suggested that there must be some type of mistake; and maybe my new account is crossed with my old account, within the same apartment complex just a different apartment number, but no one is willing to check deeper into the matter. I have also complained about not being able to use my landline phone. I have a bundle package which includes internet, cable, and phone service. I have not been able to properly use my landline phone since the day they connected me, at my most recent location. Every time I attempt to answer the phone or make a call, the call is dropped within minutes. When I ask them about crediting my account, they were only willing to credit me $12.97. Really?! After over a year of having this problem!? Needless to say, I have decided never to use their services again. A friend of mine suggested that I get a fire stick, and that is just what I am going to do. The one thing that Comcast / Xfinity is good for making sure they get their money! read more

I wish I could give a negative 4 stars there's 5 employees and one is helping customers. I pay a shit load for service and can't believe how poor this customer service experience is. They cut off my internet service when I only wanted my cable turned off. Lied on the paperwork and said I returned my modem the same day (Feb 27). I returned the modem at the end of December. Went home, realized my internet was shut off (can't work from home with no internet). Went back to the store to have them turn my service back on. Ended up on a new billing cycle. Now my bill comes in the before I can afford to pay it, which means my payment will be late every month. Called customer service, tried to explain what happened. They told me there was nothing they could do, gave me a ticket number and told me to go back to the xfinity store and talk to the manager. Manager said there was nothing they could do. So now I risk late fees every month. read more

I'm not sure where to write this.. when I had comcast this is were i went so here I go. We stopped comcast for a better deal with versioin. So comcast is promoting themselves in our neighborhood. So, whoever put this tag (see my attached image) on our front door ripped off what was there already (lawn service recipient and pizza menus) and threw it on our steps. I was on the phone and saw him do it... just threw it in the ground on our steps, biw littering and making my home look "so good" . I was going to say something but my dog was barking and (like I said before) I was on the phone. But really comcast... real classy and why do you have employees doing this during a heat wave? I absolutely despise Comcast with a burning passion. Their prices are absolutely outrageous. We started with $95 for the absolute basic cable and Internet. After a year our contract ended and I got a bill for DOUBLE what I was paying. I called to try to make another deal and they refused to. After a few months of paying $200 for basic cable and Internet we called and dropped it down to just Internet and the basic 20 tv channels. Not even cable. Just the basic channels i.e. 2,3,6,10,17 and so forth. Guess what we had to pay for that?!?!? $95. So we're paying exactly the same for regular tv as we paid for basic cable!!!! Thank God we are cancelling soon. Comcast is a complete rip off. Stay away!!! read more

Customer service wasnt to bad. They answered all my questions and were very polite. I didn't wait in line long either. The only thing is the lady gave me the wrong kind of device to hook up and I didn't have the proper wiring in my house. I later had to call someone to properly hook it up which i was then charged for. read more

Went here today to return an unused cable box, and the directions weren't clear. Unable to find any information on their website either.

I got a card in the mail that said my modem was out of date and needed to be updated with a new one, so I decided that I would swap out the modem and since I don't use my cable box in my bedroom or their phone service I would try save money on my astronomical Comcast bill. I get to the place and the store is setup like a cell phone store after a "short" 25 minute wait I told the rep how my bill was high and I was returning one box and canceling the phone service and needed a new modem, I thought he would of said something like, " let's see what we can do about this bill" like they used to do but he just mumbled ok and gave me the new modem. As he was trying to dismiss me quickly to get back to his conversation I said " well how much will be coming off my bill?" he said roughly 30 bucks so I asked what my current internet speed was and how much to upgrade well 20 bucks a month later he upgraded me to 105 Mbps so in my head I'm thinking I'm still saving 10 dollars a month...............BIG MISTAKE I get the modem home plug it in and get it up and running and do a speed test, I'm not even getting the speeds that I was getting with my old modem call up support and they tell me they are gonna send out a tech. (Really big inconvenience since I'm a self employed it contractor) I pick the 5-7pm time slot and the day of I get a call at 2pm that the tech is 5-10 minutes away I asked him what happened to 5-7 and he said "well I'm in the area now" good thing I was relatively close because I wanted the problem fixed now. When tech gets to my house he said "look your getting Internet" I told him I know but not at the speed I should be getting it at. He then said " oh I don't know anything about a speed test" and I had to show their own tech how to login to their modem to do a speed test. After a while he switched out the modem and got me up to 30 Mbps and basically said I should just be happy with that because he doesn't usually see speeds higher then that. I asked him to check the cable connection in the underground access panel out front and he told me that he can't because that's a different department! Moral of this story I'm paying for 105 Mbps and not even getting close to that and was told I should be fine with that...........There is a very good reason why Comcast always scores incredibly low on customer service rankings, it is because they deserve to! So many points of failure in my recent dealings with them that I can't believe they are still in business. So now what? do I call so I can be majorly Inconvenienced again (how many unknowlegable techs can they send out) or just wait until next month to switch? read more
