    My experience with AT&T has been a nightmare. We signed up for service at the end of August but…read morecanceled and ported our numbers back to Xfinity on September 10th, because AT&T informed us AFTER signing up with them that their technicians were on strike, and our internet installation would be delayed for an entire month. ***It took multiple attempts just to add my husband's phone to our plan. I had service for a total of 16 days, and he only had it for about 12 days. Our internet was never set up. Despite canceling our service, AT&T withdrew $263.44 from my checking account on October 16th. When I called about this unauthorized charge, I was told it was a "system error" and was assured the money would be refunded. They claimed the refund was processed on October 31st, but the money has never been returned to my account. Since then, I've made many calls to customer service between November and December, only to be given the runaround every time. The responses have been inconsistent: * One representative said the refund was issued in full. * Another told me they could only refund a prorated amount of $138 but that the system needed to "clear" first. * During one call, I spent 2 1/2 hours waiting for a supervisor to be told yet again that the refund was issued on October 31st. When I explained that the money hadn't been returned, the supervisor told me to check with my bank, which had no record of a pending refund. ***He also told me that I could go into our physical store and they would be able to pull up our payment history and give us proof that a refund had been issued, which I planned to show our bank. When I visited this AT&T store on January 4th to get help, the employees and manager, Nick, were dismissive and rude. They told us they couldn't pull up our account information or payment history, or show proof that a refund had been issued. One employee said we could call and they would talk to Support "if" we could get someone on the phone. After waiting 2 1/2 hours on hold in the store, Nick finally told us that the billing department isn't even open on Saturdays. He didn't apologize for the wasted time and offered no solutions. No one checked on us or tried to assist us during the entire time we sat on hold. We also had our 10-month old baby with us who started falling apart while we waited. I honestly can't believe the way we were treated. ***I also just want to add that Nick didn't volunteer this on his own. We had to ask to speak with him and that's when he told us the billing department wasn't open. He didn't apologize, didn't care that the other person didn't inform us of this, and it seemed like he thought it was funny. This has been one of the most frustrating and exhausting experiences I've ever had with a company. AT&T's lack of accountability, poor communication, and complete disregard for its customers are unacceptable. I still don't have my money back, and no one at AT&T seems to care enough to resolve this issue. AT&T's customer service and support are absolutely terrible.

    Had my cracked screen replaced on a iPhone 11 Pro plus in November of 2020. I wasn't thrilled about…read morethe $300+ price tag, but it had to be done. Had to take it back the next day, because he didn't blow all the dust from the previous phone, so my front facint camera didn't work. He opened It and cleaned it out, and a week later I was back in with the same issue, dust under the screen at the camera. Did this one more time, and just decided to live with it. Then the screen started acting up on me, being non responsive, or moving when I didn't touch it called them back, and they only offer a 30 day warranty on parts. Noticed on March of 2021 that the screen was separating from the phone, took it back up on 3/13/21 and he said it's the actual replacement screen coming apart, and there is noting he can do, unless I want to pay for a new screen replacement. Either go to an Apple store, or just buy a new phone. Don't waste your money here.

    I probably should have known better than to get my screen replaced at a store inside of Walmart but…read moremost other places were closed and I was eager to get it fixed quickly so I came here. The guy running the store was about 19 and after he was done replacing the screen a lot of stuff was wrong with my phone. I have an iPhone 6s Plus and after he replaced it my Touch ID no longer worked, my camera wouldn't work, and my speakers were messed up and wouldn't play out loud. I took it back to him and he acted like it wasn't a big deal and told me to come back tomorrow because he was closing. I had to work the next day so my bf took my phone there for me. He explained that he didn't have anymore white screens and that he could put a black one on there. I was okay with it as long as it worked, but even after he tried to fix it my camera and speakers still didn't work. He didn't even test it to make sure before giving it back. My mom had to pick it up for me because I was working and she didn't know to check for these things (even though I told her). My boyfriend called the guy and was really mad telling him he owed me a new phone because he broke mine. He was apologetic so we took it back AGAIN and he replaced the parts which fixed it but now my camera is really crappy bc they use really cheap parts that I assume come from China. This place is absolutely ridiculous and I would never recommend it to anyone. The screen that he replaced my phone with is so cheap and half the time it doesn't let me click on what I'm trying to. Jesse was the guy that worked on my phone. Beware of this place.
