My experience with AT&T has been a nightmare. We signed up for service at the end of August but canceled and ported our numbers back to Xfinity on September 10th, because AT&T informed us AFTER signing up with them that their technicians were on strike, and our internet installation would be delayed for an entire month. ***It took multiple attempts just to add my husband's phone to our plan. I had service for a total of 16 days, and he only had it for about 12 days. Our internet was never set up. Despite canceling our service, AT&T withdrew $263.44 from my checking account on October 16th. When I called about this unauthorized charge, I was told it was a "system error" and was assured the money would be refunded. They claimed the refund was processed on October 31st, but the money has never been returned to my account. Since then, I've made many calls to customer service between November and December, only to be given the runaround every time. The responses have been inconsistent: * One representative said the refund was issued in full. * Another told me they could only refund a prorated amount of $138 but that the system needed to "clear" first. * During one call, I spent 2 1/2 hours waiting for a supervisor to be told yet again that the refund was issued on October 31st. When I explained that the money hadn't been returned, the supervisor told me to check with my bank, which had no record of a pending refund. ***He also told me that I could go into our physical store and they would be able to pull up our payment history and give us proof that a refund had been issued, which I planned to show our bank. When I visited this AT&T store on January 4th to get help, the employees and manager, Nick, were dismissive and rude. They told us they couldn't pull up our account information or payment history, or show proof that a refund had been issued. One employee said we could call and they would talk to Support "if" we could get someone on the phone. After waiting 2 1/2 hours on hold in the store, Nick finally told us that the billing department isn't even open on Saturdays. He didn't apologize for the wasted time and offered no solutions. No one checked on us or tried to assist us during the entire time we sat on hold. We also had our 10-month old baby with us who started falling apart while we waited. I honestly can't believe the way we were treated. ***I also just want to add that Nick didn't volunteer this on his own. We had to ask to speak with him and that's when he told us the billing department wasn't open. He didn't apologize, didn't care that the other person didn't inform us of this, and it seemed like he thought it was funny. This has been one of the most frustrating and exhausting experiences I've ever had with a company. AT&T's lack of accountability, poor communication, and complete disregard for its customers are unacceptable. Upon arrival, I was told that they could sell me a new phone but refused to offer any help with repairing my current device. When I attempted to take a private phone call outside, I was informed that if I stepped out, the doors would be locked behind me--a statement that felt controlling and deeply unprofessional. The most alarming part of my visit was the behavior of an employee named Cameron, who raised his voice at me, prompting me to ask him to stop yelling. Instead of de-escalating, he told me I was "not a customer of his," and insisted he had the right to refuse service. When I asserted my right to file a complaint, he dismissed me further. In addition, when I asked for help understanding what options were available, I was told dismissively that "I don't listen," even though I was clearly trying to understand the situation and seek a solution. I recommend seeing Oz or Alex! They are awesome and are helping me out a ton with the MASSIVE mess up from Josh, another manager that was covering at their store from another store. Josh didn't offer me insurance coverage or ask about it, proceeded to add it on both my new iPhone 15 pro max and iPad Pro 13" without my knowledge, had to call and cancel it the following day. He also put the 2nd device under a completely different plan, and not my current plan that my other device is on. He put it on the most expensive plan possible without even asking me. Also didn't offer or ask about the next up program that I stated I wanted added when we first started the process on the phone, so I had to drive 30 min back to the store after working today to have this fixed, which is becoming a huge headache for both Oz and Alex. Josh should be re-evaluated by higher ups on his sales and they should investigate his commission to see if he's just automatically putting everyone on the most expensive plans available and not offering anything for the phones and automatically adding insurance when it wasn't asked for or mentioned a single time. He also didn't inform me of ANY numbers for anything, so I have no idea what my next bill is going to look like after adding 2 devices and AirPods. Didn't give me the correct color iPad, asked for purple and he gave me black and didn't notice until I got home to open it. Haven't gotten my emails for any of my visa gift cards I was told I was going to get for adding fiber internet and the iPad. read more

Best AT&T store I ever entered between here and Michigan. The store manager, Shawn, is the nicest, most helpful man I've met in many months. He thoroughly explained how to fix an issue with my iPhone, and when I had trouble, he encouraged me to return to the store. He and his DM, Mike, ensures my phone was repaired and restored. Upgraded a couple phones at this store. Was lied to and told that insurance on my phone was required. Upon speaking with the AT&T corporation I was told that isn't the case and the person I spoke with at the store mislead me. I tried to talk to the manager but he repeatedly refuses to call me back. I enjoy coming to this AT&T because of the helpfulness of the staff. They actually try to figure out how to fix my device's problem when I come in for troubleshooting, but also when I'm there for a new phone, they help me out with discounts on accessories and usually have some sort of tablet promotion running. I got an iPad last year when I purchased my iPhone 7. They are friendly people, and really seem to like their job. read more

Probably the worst store I've ever been to. Not because the staff is unfriendly, because they're friendly enough. It's because they are incredibly slow and aren't authorized to do a lot of what the bigger stores are allowed to do. I've currently been sitting here waiting for over 30 minutes to do a name change. All the while, the staff (two women) are busy conversing about things other than their jobs and really making a short process, longer than it has to be. I will never come to this store again. Rather go all the way to Hamilton place. Sad, they're bigger and busier but I walk in and am seen within five minutes. Out in ten. A lot of work to be done here. I took a video of the employees and what they were talking about. One of the girls even took her phone out and was showing videos of her hitting the waves. 30minutes now of this. read more

I don't recommend this location if you have a problem with you phone or if you need to swap phones (from a broke one to an old phone.) If you aren't buying anything from them, their employees don't want to help you at all. They will tell you drive 11 miles out of your way to get some assistance. This store is horrible. I walk in and the workers act like Im just a thorn in their side. No smiles, no hello's, nothing.
