I want to thank Caleb for his exceptional customer service and honesty. I had a small crack on my laptop screen and wanted to get it repaired before it spread. When I showed Caleb the crack and explained my concerns, he surprised me by advising, "I think you should wait it out." At first, I was a bit confused, but he explained that the crack was in a spot where it was unlikely to spread, and in his opinion, the cost of repair wouldn't be worth it. I truly appreciated his candid and straightforward opinion --he could've easily taken my money, but instead, he gave me valuable, honest advice. Worthless when it comes to apple WATCH Repair. I repeat, DO NOT GET YOUR APPLE WATCH REPAIRED HERE! I spent $280 on getting my watch's screen replaced. It took 8 days. 2 days later, watch screen fell off (luckily I was able to see it come loose and took off the watch) apparently the tech didn't put on the adhesive correctly Took watch back and they fixed it again for free. 2 weeks later, look down at watch and screen is gone. No where to be found. Took it back to them and they told me that since the screen was gone, they couldn't fix it for free. THE REASON THE SCREEN WAS GONE WAS BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T FIX IT RIGHT! I would have preferred a cracked watch screen to no screen at all. My watch is now dysfunctional unless I give these people more money to "fix" it again. Fucking joke read more

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience at all. Months of time went by with no updates from employees/manager/owner as promised several times. I had to call/go in-person to get an update every time. When I finally wanted to pick up my laptop as it still wasn't done and I kept getting promises it could be done on the weekend...it was misplaced. And another week went by with no word. I finally went in and luckily it was found. I was able to pick it up, and I did not have to pay. The only positives, the front desk guy was very polite and I didn't have to pay. I was referred to Mobile Geeks by the AT&T store across the way when I had cracked the screen on my iPhone but really didn't want to get a whole new phone (waiting for the iPhone 6 to come out). I walked in to see about fixing my phone...a little while later walked out with a brand new looking phone and a smile on my face. Decently priced too compared to others in the area. Make sure your any part you order is the color you want. I recently had a part of my phone replaced and it was the wrong color. The employee I talked to did nothing when I said this was to him. This is poor customer service and if you do business with them than make sure they order what you want. The work was done well that is the only reason I am giving any stars. The Mobile Phone Geeks at Temple has the worst customer service issues that I have seen. I would not go to the store again and also not recommend any friends who wants to get their phones fixed. I had the phone at this location for 6 weeks and have 1 time communication from them via email. I had to call them 4 times and visit the store 4 times before they could tell me that they cannot fix the phone and returned my credit. They could not figure out what the problem is but was not communicating until I called them/stopped by to check what the status was. Took my iPhone5 and the person who signed me up has drawn a picture of male specific parts on the sheet and accidentally gave the sign up sheet back to me. Am disappointed in this day and age that people would address(make note of customers) in the most offensive manner. Went in to price getting my note II screen repaired, was told right off the bat that it would be 170 to repair the screen. I know the risk factor in repairing electronic having done so with computers and laptops myself, but if you do the math the parts cost and that includes the tools to do the repairs with, at only 8.00. These money goones are making a killing of of people not willing to shop around. Avoid this store location is a joke and prices are outrageous. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. This isn't about how they repair phones, more so about how they conduct business. I had a vehicle stolen from me on 10/2/2018. Inside the vehicle was an old iPhone. I located the iPhone via find my iPhone at 11:00 AM on 10/2. I called the store immediately to inquire about my stolen phone. The employee informed me that he knew nothing about it and nobody had come in to sell a phone. He took my number to call me back. That never happened so I called back that afternoon and asked again. Still knew nothing. After telling him I have proof it was there he told me it was probably someone on the WiFi. I asked about the cameras. He told me there's no way to know who it was. That doesn't make sense, I have a time and location. After hearing nothing the next day I visited the location myself. The employee there that day informed me that someone did come in with a stolen phone and they employee that was there on 10/2 had the phone in his hand when I locked it remotely via find my iPhone. The employee blatantly lied to me about seeing my phone since he was in possession of it when I locked it. At that time the employee apparently gave the phone back to the customer/suspect/thief and let him leave without withholding the phone, contacting authorities, etc. I then inquired about the camera system again noticing a minimum of 3 cameras in the lobby. The employee went to look at the cameras and came back and said it shows an error message for 10/2, pretty convenient. He said the owner would be taking the DVR apart to extract the footage. I informed them that I had already called the police since they have the footage of the suspect that stole my vehicle and they shut down completely. I have not heard anything else from them about this missing footage nor any explanations for it or for the employee lying to me repeatedly about it. It doesn't add up. I would avoid this establishment at all costs. read more
