He implied that I was apparently dishonest. I asked him what I could expect with the warranty for a replacement. He would not tell me. He mentioned some formula based on the charge that it would take. I told him it had 4.3 volts when I bought it in. His multimeter indicated 4.2 volts. In any case, avoid this business for vehicle batteries with questionable business practices and working to not honor their warranty.
