    They blatantly lied to our face about the built in eSim card. We were here to get a new phone, and…read morewe asked them, multiple times i must add, if the phone would be compatible with an international eSim card, as I was leaving the country on business about a month after purchasing the phone. They assured us that we could easily suspend the phone plan and swap the eSim card. When the time came, we found out the hard way that that was a vile lie. The phone was locked down to the verizon eSim. We would not have purchased the phone if they had not assured us that this would not be the case. I am abhorred and greatly offended by this encounter.

Things seemed…read moregood initially- a sales associate approached us almost immediately asking if we needed help with anything... of course we explained our needs. At that point is where I became a little annoyed: we were told my fiance had to get on the phone himself to explain to the operator that he wanted his own line ect... Isn't this the job of the sales associate? What's the point of coming to a store when we could do all this on our own from home? Anyway, the entire time my fiance was on the phone with the Verizon representative, the store associate was on her personal Facebook/Instagram account scrolling and scrolling... totally unprofessional. Sorry to bother you AT WORK. We had to "interrupt" her a few times to clarify/ask questions and it seemed we got some attitude each time. Fast forward to payment options: I inquired about joining the plan and an employment discount I supposedly have. She immediately denied that I could get the discount but offered no explanation as to why... or if joining was a possibility in the future. We then had some issues with signing in with Apple ID and after a few troubleshooting attempts, we were told "I don't know what to tell you" which I found to be pretty unprofessional as well. Lastly, the store manager was behind the desk pretty much throughout the entirety of the transaction and seemed not to be phased at all by the lack of professionalism. Maybe I'm just expecting too much from this store but for what we pay, I think customers should be entitled to a little more attention and concern. Two stars for convenience and because another associate tried to help us a little more in-depth with the Apple issue, but I personally will not be back or sign onto Verizon.
