I have a 3 year old with as well. we waited in the car and came back in 25 mins later. he tells me 2 more minutes just finishing up. I feel if you know it's only you give yourself more time. They took the 20 screws that came stock in my galaxy note and replaced with screws that were too big. After getting my screen repaired it was flickering and being weird. When I went back they told me it was bc I dropped it. I did not. I took to another CPR location and was told about the screws. The other store told me that they broke two screens trying to repair with these new screws and that they ended up only putting 6 of the 20 in for fear of breaking my screen. What happened to my screws??? Are we stealing parts for our own gain? That is the way it seems. Very unprofessional management as well. Completely rude and no one will return calls​ read more

Went and spent spent $465.00 to have a screen repair done. No issue paying if the service actually worked . We had the screen replaced and they also put an additional screen protector on. A week later I am having issues went into get it fixed since it was on there end and now they want to charge me an additional amount! Just be aware they don't fix there mistake and instead want more money! I then asked to cancel a warranty service I have with them but they don't know the company name or away to contact them , however I paid for it there on site . Instead her response was it in your email right thanks how about you tell me the name please she doesn't know it ! This is sad because I had No issues paying the crazy price they asked but don't charge me that much and then no be accountable for your errors! read more

I'm usually pretty careful with my phone but managed to break the screen while on vacation. It's an older phone and I have been resisting getting a new one since they're all so much larger by comparison. I stopped at the local store for my carrier and they didn't have anything in stock except the big expensive ones. Same for Best Buy. However when I asked about getting my phone fixed, they both recommended this place and said it was legit. So I stopped in, figuring the repair would be more than the $100 I paid for the phone. They quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted $60 to fix it and told me to stop back in 45 minutes. I did a little grocery shopping and came back, my phone was good as new. Great service! My iPhone 6 Plus was unrepairable. They tried everything to fix it, but the motherboard was fried. I bought a new iPhone 6S from them. Prorated the phone for the charges from the attempted repair. They don't carry phones at this location, so I had to drive down to the west chester store. The store stayed open after hours for me to get my new phone. This was about two months ago. Today I went in for a new phone pair, because it wasn't holding a charge. I had my phone fixed here twice, it is somewhat expensive but they do fix your screen completely in about an hour whether it be crack damage to the screen or the screen itself damage but each time my front camera has come back blurry worse each time, but the first time I got my phone fixed here the front speaker was broken and I couldn't hear people on the phone but that has been fixed and working perfectly. read more

I have been eying this store out ever since I noticed the sign up! But they were still "under construction". I had recently shattered my iPhone and everywhere I called was either too expensive, or too far! Once they opened I called and they were so pleasant on the phone, it was a nice change from the other experiences I have had over the past few weeks. They gave me a price instantly and covered the repair with a nation wide lifetime warranty! When I walked in they quoted 45 minutes but was done in 30!
