Basically I ended up overpaying because my sim broke right after the first bill cycle that I had to set up a payment plan for cos I accidentally charged myself $1000 cos I used more than the plan allowed initially. There's a lot more to the story but yeah.) To anyone who's broke and sick of having to pay bills, if yo phone cut off randomly, just tell them your SIM card is broken. You get a new free SIM card and you might get a $50 credit. Don't even try to pay that bill until your service is working again cos you'll never get that money back. Already had a phone line, so just needed to get a phone for wife and new number and port my Verizon number on. Instead sales guys pitches us on buy one phone get one free- tells us that it's like getting phone at half price. Short story.. 2 adults walk into this store... and walk out with 3 phone lines. Pretty slick - call AT&T and the help center is saying - sorry, but you're stuck with that 3rd line... on the hook for 30 months at $35 a month (for the line). That equals - $1k cost for a phone/line we don't need. AT&T is awful... it's fees. And nickel and dime. And some shady fine print bait and switches. Use them at your own risk.

He also said there were no deals for me. However, the other customer was given multiple deals. So, when l asked about what was going on, l was told it depends on which service person had deals or not. So, l said but it doesn't say that on your website or in the commercial about which service person has deals to give and what not. So evidently my service person had no deals to give me. It was one disrespect after another. In the end l just walked out of there and will not return to this location again. Blatant disregard for customer service.

I stopped by a little after 4:00pm on a Wednesday, and though they had 2 more complicated repairs ahead of me, I was promised my repair before closing that day. True to their word, I got a call at 6:30pm and quickly went to the store to retreive my iPad looking like new! The price was $99 (I understand the apple store price to be $199). Information was shared with me about getting a better case for it and that a warranty comes with the repair. I couldn't be happier to recommend RVA Wireless!

I went back today and it seems as though they are severely short staffed. I waited again today, I was at least acknowledged, but it seems the wait in there and the lack of customer service along with past experiences have taken a toll on my experiences there. One of the customer there waiting as well said, from experience you can get the Ring camera at Home Depot or Lowe's for the same price, so I will be going tomorrow to buy one. I never thought I would say this, but Best Buy's customer care has fell along the wayside. I didn't even want to give them one star.

I did the switch over back in mid January and was told I would get a visa gift card within about 4 weeks and could be as much as 8 at the most. And I let the representative know before I signed up my concern about being in a contract with tmobile and it effecting my credit and I was told that the gift card should be in effect before that happens (so it would be paid). About 6 weeks after switching i was concerned about not seeing a gift card on the app or an email and I was told to wait another 2 weeks if I don't get it come back. My credit was starting to decrease shortly after and today March 19th I went back and after messing around with the app some, checking emails and then calling customer service from the store we got an answer!!!! It was somewhere in the app, that the representative over the phone told us to do (me and store member). So this was all preventable! If the staff member 2-3 weeks ago would have done that same thing my gift card would have been here, or at the very least almost here. Now I have wait another 4-8 weeks for the card that pays off tmobile, that i should have gotten weeks ago and it wouldn't have effected my credit. They need to do better as a team. I am beyond annoyed and it's effecting my credit now so that's a HUGE issue for me when I explained this from day one that that's all that mattered to me. This is not okay and I hope someone will reach out and make this right!

I was very impressed with his ability to be fully present with me, provide guidance to the other employee, and greet customers as they arrived. It's not often one encounters an individual who radiates positivity and I very much appreciate Te-Von for giving me the opportunity to do so.
