I went to exchange it however they have an all sales final policy. I mentioned that the "all sales final" is not the same as "as is" and it is only valid when the product is functional. It is a breach of warranty to sale non-functional products and refuse exchange or return under "all sales final". The manager was very empathetic and engaging but told me she has absolutely no authority to return or exchange. She then referred me to corporate which has yet to respond to my request for customer support. *Note that after I tried to return the costume I then checked another of the costumes to see if it had the same issue and the button holes were completely sewn shut. If you are going to shop here be sure to check everything on the item you plan on purchasing.
