The employee assisting us spoke so quietly that we could barely hear him, making the entire interaction difficult and awkward. All we wanted to do was trade in a phone, but the only option we were offered was to add an entirely new line. That makes no sense--if it's a trade-in, why would adding another full line be required? The staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and offered no real solutions. Overall, the experience felt inconvenient and poorly handled. Because of this, we've decided to switch to AT&T instead. I wouldn't recommend this location

So I make it to the store to pay the bill and then they have tacked on fees. Verizon used to be a great company and a phone carrier now they're overpriced for crap service that you pay a lot less for through others .
