My experience here was different than the first review. From the moment I walked in the staff was very helpful, I told them what I wanted and they listened. They attempted to sell me on the new IPhone and new Samsung phone, but I would imagine that's standard procedure, so no points taken off for that. Overall, very helpful and courteous. T-Mobile offered a 15 day FREE trial for back-up internet. They claimed that if unit was returned in 15 days, we would not be charged. Could not get the wireless internet to work at our location so it was returned to store within 2 days. Store clerk processed return, but we were charged anyway. T-Mobile reps told us not to pay bill. Numerous conversations later, we are still being charged and now T-Mobile turned the $32 charge over to a debit collector even though the trial ended only 10 days ago!!!!! T-Mobile offered a solution- pay the $32 NOW and they would issue a credit in 2 billing cycles. REALLY! If this is the best this company has to offer senior citizens, they have a serious issue with customer service and billing. read more

I went in because I was interested in switching service providers and getting a family plan with 5 lines. The information I was given was very thorough and it seems that I will be making the switch. However, I will be selecting another T-Mobile store where the associates are more professional. Josh and his co-worker were very immature in their handling of what should be a professional yet personable transaction. They were very talkative between themselves while trying to serve me about subjects not even related to the discussion of the sale at hand. Josh was quite impertinent and I chose to take the information he offered and politely leave. I will be looking for another T-Mobile store where the associates know how to conduct business in a professional manner. read more

Horrible customer service. Purchased a new Apple X, it would never work and they tried to blame my wife claiming it was because of her iTunes acct. They couldn't even get it to work on their own acct. You would think you spend that kind of money, they would do what they are supposed to do. Never use this store. A follow up. Outstanding service! I've been a customer of T-Mobile for 9 years and I've been going to this store since the day it opened. OUTSTANDING customer service in all regards. I've spent 40 plus years in the technology arena reviewing products and services. These guys know what they're doing. Bobby M. is not only knowledgeable, but he knows this business inside and out. If the main office has made a mistake, HE will fight on your side to make things right. He knows the phones, he knows the accessories, and he also knows what's right. Switched from Verizon to T-Mobile based on outstanding deals. Unfortunately I had a nightmare dealing with the so-called "experts" on their customer service line (in the Philippines) who only read scripts. They jacked up the line transfers for all 3 phones. After HOURS on the phone and no resolution we went to the Lebanon TN store. The manager Cam Weaver greeted us and was AWESOME and immediately helped us. Within about 30 minutes he had corrected and fixed EVERYTHING that the customer service experts had screwed up. Cam is great and an example of a true customer service expert. read more

Amazing. I spent two days and four hours on phone with TMobile support and they couldn't figure out the issue. I even asked if I should go into the store and I was told no. I came to this store anyway. They helped me trouble shoot and switched my SIM card and it started working. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Bonita for all your help! read more
