i live beside a mountain and can't get any internet so i have to use smart view on my old phone…read more the old phone wouldn't stay charged, so i went to the store on maple st in gallatin, tn to get a new phone that casts or mirrors so i could watch netflix or viki on my tv like i did with my old phone. i told the sales person that's why i needed a new phone. the new phone is the a14 galaxy 5g. they suggested it. i asked the sales person if it didn't work could i bring it back. i was told yes. i went back in on the third day to get a refund and was told i wouldn't get my full refund. i didn't think that was fair. i would be losing a lot of money. so i thought i need to try to make this work. i got home and couldn't mirror shows. i had two friends try to help me. they couldn't. i went to the store 2 different times in 1 week for help. they told me the manager was in when i see a black truck there. the manager even tried to help me. i even bought what he told me to from amazon. it still didn't work. i finally called samsung and they told me this phone won't cast. i really tried to make this phone work. i bought the phone on 11-7-23. i called the store 2 times and left messages for the manager. he still hasn't called me back even though his truck is at his business. i feel he has received the messages but still has not responded. i took the phone back on 11-14-23 and they wouldn't give me a refund they said should've brought it back on the 13th. i tried to get a hold of the manager and talk to him but he didn't respond on the 13th. i told them that was bull. they should give me back my full refund because i was mislead when i bought this phone. it didn't work like they said it would. specifically when i told them what i needed it for. i lost a lot of money. i will not recommend this store to anyone!

There was an easement available to the pole, but instead drove on our lawn and caused extensive rutting and tire indentation. No one apprised homeowner that they would be working on pole near our property line. No one asked permission to drive vehicles on manicured lawn!! They left without apologizing or making amends for the damage. We would like, and will take legal action against them. All this was caught on Ring, plus physical witness that viewed the disrespect and damaging actions of AT&T service group.
