These promotions we were promised that they said would take 1-2 billing cycles to be reflected, never were. And we were also told we could not trade in our old phones because we were getting these promotions. When I went back to Verizon customer service they said the best they could do is give me a trade in credit of $100 if I sent my old phone back. This place is absolutely a deceptive business and I cannot believe they are allowed to operate while fully lying to customers. Please avoid this place at all costs!!!! Based on apple's policy for anywhere that fixes a phone it needs to be up to their standards. This means they cannot close a phone without fixing everything within it until it is at a tradable condition. Within my phone the heat sensors were broken and once the new glass was on the phone was stuck in a loop of turning off and on, directly caused by the repair. They did not follow apple's standards policy and because of that now no where can fix the phone and they refuse to own up to their mistakes. Once confronted with this the people were very rude and refused to do anything about. Which both T-Mobile and Apple individually said they are at fault and need to fix it or give a replacement device. Which they refuse to do. They refuse to follow the products company's policy hurting customers, and putting them in a limbo where no where can fix the product.
