Do not bring any kind of apple product here what so ever. I brought my apple phone here because of T-Mobile insurance, and needed the glass on the back repaired. Based on apple's policy for anywhere that fixes a phone it needs to be up to their standards. This means they cannot close a phone without fixing everything within it until it is at a tradable condition. Within my phone the heat sensors were broken and once the new glass was on the phone was stuck in a loop of turning off and on, directly caused by the repair. They did not follow apple's standards policy and because of that now no where can fix the phone and they refuse to own up to their mistakes. Once confronted with this the people were very rude and refused to do anything about. Which both T-Mobile and Apple individually said they are at fault and need to fix it or give a replacement device. Which they refuse to do. They refuse to follow the products company's policy hurting customers, and putting them in a limbo where no where can fix the product. read more

DO NOT bring your Laptop for repair here! Three weeks ago I brought my one year old laptop in for repair. It was not powering on at all. I paid for the diagnostic fee and waited to hear from CPR. Two days later they called and said that it was good news, the mother board tested out fine and it was likely the power jack. They were ordering a part. After waiting another 5 days I called them to find out what was going on. Turns out they shipped the part to the wrong store and it would be another 5 days to get it to the correct store. I asked if it could be overnighted and the answer was no. I called again to get an update and the power jack was not the problem. Now they said it was the battery. Another few days go by and I CALL THEM AGAIN. During this time no one ever called to update me. Finally the battery was replaced only to find out that in the process of this "repair" they had somehow fried the motherboard. While purchasing my new computer at Microcenter they assured me that this does not just happen, but was negligence. The manager, Craig tried to refund me $30 for parts. After being out $105 for the repair and another $800 for a new laptop this was unacceptable. The customer service here is appalling. DO NOT bring your laptop her. read more

I had such a great experience with CPR Repair in Thornton! They were the only repair store that I called in the Denver metro area that was willing to attempt to fix my cracked surface pro 7 screen. I called multiple stores (including Microsoft customer support) who told me it couldn't be done and that I'd have to buy a completely new device. Well, they were wrong because CPR did it! Came in because another place was closed and couldn't have asked for better service. I was in need of, what I thought, was a damaged headphone jack on my new audio interface (NI Komplete Audio 2). Sherman took it apart, didn't see anything amiss and asked me to bring in my laptop to further diagnose the issue. After going through all possible causes w/ me, if turned out to be my headphones. In all Sherman probably spent a half hour with me, figured out my issue and in the end didn't charge me for the info. Spoke with a very nice guy at the front about a crack in the glass on my camera. He was very informative and seemed super knowledgeable. The place looked very nice too. I don't know why but in my mind I associate these places usually with a dingy room with electronics everywhere. It was quite the opposite - bright and neat inside. My iPhone 7 gave out unexpectedly yesterday and I tried everything I could think of to get it to power on again. Made an appointment (same day service - even with what all is going on!) and a very professional and courteous staff member took care of me. He did a couple of bench tests to make sure it was worth trying to replace the battery. After passing those tests, agreed it's more than likely the battery. Phone was ready to be picked up in about an hour. LIFE SAVER! Saved me a trip to Boulder and the Apple store! Please consider visiting William and these guys before heading to the Apple Store. While in the store, I overheard another staff member working with an older lady and was very patient and honest with her. I brought in an iPhone XS with a broken screen that was donated to me from a friend and I was going to have it repaired and take it to Colombia as a donated gift to somebody in a poor family. I paid $200, I traded in a broken older iPhone 7 and they replaced my screen. I traveled to Colombia with the phone and gave it to a deserving teenager. Upon using the phone within several minutes the phone screen started flickering and turning green, I tried all the troubleshooting and even called the store in Thornton Colorado for help. Bringing back the whole phone was not an option I had to have a new display put into the phone in Colombia , which resolved the problem immediately and I brought the new replaced screen back to Colorado with me. The store refused to take back their defective display that they recently put in the phone even though one of the crewmembers told me that they recently received a bad lot of screens. I argued with the employee and he brought the manager out and the manager would not budge on this, so they for $200 have gotten a negative review and a dispute with my credit card company, I'm sure things go well when they do a good job but when they have a problem they are ill equipped to handle it. The guys at In & Out are wonderful. I went to them earlier this year for a cracked iPhone screen. They were so nice, professional and their work was excellent and fast. Because of that experience, I brought my daughter's laptop to them to be fixed. Unfortunately it was water damaged and unfixable, but they were friendly and informative. They gave me a quote but told me to bring it in to look at other options. When I got there they discovered my charging port was full of hay (I take my phone when feeding my horses) and pocket lint. I would like to start by saying I don't like to waste time with things like this but I'm tired of people taking advantage of others. A couple of months ago I took in my Samsung for repair and had communication issues with staff so be prepared for that. This time around I brought in my desktop that would not power on. They returned the computer to me claiming it powers on. to my surprise the computer did not power on. My motherboard has a broken chip now. end result take pictures before and check before you sign for equipment from this company. oh to make things more awkward I was explained they would not take responsibility for something they did not assess. I was called hours later by the same person saying the regional manager agreed with his decision. so, I ask why call me? to brag passively? weak. I am very impressed with the service I received here. I had an iPhone 6 screen that needed to be repaired. I dropped it off and came back a few hours later. Due to some miss communication from the manager the tech did not have it completed. But he apologized and repaired it right away, even offering a screen protector free of charge to make up for the error. I literally cannot say how much it means to have a company care and do any kind of gesture to make it right. I came back the following week because I was having some more issues with the screen and they replaced that one AND the screen protector all free of charge. Top notch service here! The guy working gave me a price to fix the home screen which was reasonable and then offered to clean out the charging port for free to see if it was just dirty. They test your phone before fixing it to make sure camera and all the buttons work before they work on it. The guy took my phone and said it would take about 1 hour. It took all of about 15 minutes!
