Highly recommended for any sort of cell phone repair in the Broomfield or Westminster area. I've…read morehad batteries, screens and all kinds of repairs here over the years. They also have given me preventative solutions so my son's screen doesn't get broken so much. Definitely, take your phone here for repairs.

I had a broken screen on my Thunderbolt and hadn't put insurance on it (for shame!) so the…read moresalesperson at Verizon said I should bring it here to get it fixed. I called ahead and asked about it and the guy I spoke to said it would cost $135 for parts and labor and it would take 6 hours to fix. Price was fine because the Thunderbolt is discontinued. I brought my phone in only to find out that they'd have to special order the parts and that they wouldn't be available for a week. No one had mentioned this fact in the numerous phone calls I'd made to them. They also informed me that it was REALLY going to cost $165. I put a deposit on the piece and left. A week later the part came in. The girl who works in the store called and said the guy who would fix it would be in the next day and I could bring my phone to get it fixed. My husband dropped my phone off that night so they could start work on it early the next morning. They said they'd call when it was done. A couple hours before the close of the business day, we called to see if it was ready and they said "need a couple more hours". Called later and they said "right before closing or early the next morning". It WAS done before closing, but we only found this out because we went in to find out. They'd called and left the message saying it was ready ON THE CELL PHONE THEY WERE WORKING ON! This was 27 hours later, not the six like they'd said. We paid the rest and left. We were barely outside the store when I noticed that the kickstand on the back was all bent out of shape and didn't lay flat against the phone anymore. NOW the back of the phone is COMING OFF because they bent it all to hell. In retrospect, maybe I should have just paid for a new phone at Verizon and saved myself the trouble. Complete incompetence should be avoided at all costs, even if it means paying for a new phone. I could understand the delay if they were busy but we'd never seen anyone besides ourselves in the store any time we'd been in. No excuse for destroying my phone. The broken screen was better than what it is now. DON'T BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE! RUN AWAY!

Sheldon dude was great and got me started with my trade in and with my service again we left our phones there the same day. A month or so later I got a notification that my trade in was never received so I came back in because I had left them the same day Jake helped me and spent like 40 minutes just looking for the tracking number for said phones and told me he would call me to let me know. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. I had to call again maybe 2 months after because I received a notification that I was no longer receiving my trade in promo because I didn't turn them in. When I called Jake said pretty much that he actually didn't know what to do and that he pretty much wasted my time and that I had to call customer service to get helped. So of course now fustrated I call customer service and even the rep said she was confused on why he wouldn't/couldn't help me so in conclusion if you do come here, do NOT go to Jake he's dishonest, doesn't hold up his word, and very unprofessional

My sister, father, and I came in on Christmas Eve to switch plans and get new phones, and she made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. Leslie was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She walked us through every step, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt confident about our decisions. Even on a busy holiday, she never rushed us and kept such a positive attitude the whole time. The entire staff at this location was kind and attentive. We honestly had a blast throughout the process -- which is not something you usually say about switching phones! 10/10 recommend this store. Thank you for making our Christmas Eve such a great experience!

I switched to T-Mobile because of their buy two lines get one free promotion. Based on that offer,…read moreI convinced multiple family members to leave AT&T and join me. Shortly after I was told that if I ported one more number, I would qualify for an additional free line. It sounded like a great deal until it wasn't. From the very beginning. There was a billing issue, I was charged for four lines when I should have only been paying for three. I contacted customer service and they assured me the promotion would be reapplied. But every single month the same thing happened, the promo would show up then mysteriously fall off again. This went on for months. Eventually, I was told to go into the store and speak with a manager when I tried, the location was under renovation for a long time, they were operating out of a temporary set up, and I was told to wait until the store reopened so everything could be fixed. So I waited. When the store finally reopened I spoke with the manager and explained everything in detail, I even provided the exact date and time of my original visit along with the employee who helped me and promised me the additional free line. I asked the manager to check surveillance footage and verify the interaction. After looking into it, the manager admitted that he could see why the employee made the promise; however, the manager said I didn't actually qualify for the promotion because my account was too new at the time. The promo would've applied to my account had it just been a few days older. That explanation doesn't change the fact that I was promised a free line and that promise is the reason I ported another number over from AT&T. I asked the manager to escalate the issue to a supervisor and find a resolution once again I was told it would be looked into almost a month passed and nothing so I followed up with the manager and eventually I got a response saying that they tried to apply the promotion, but it kept falling off. In other words after nine months they repeated the same failed fix over and over with no actual resolution. I am still being charged for four lines instead of three. I wrote the manager again, and I am being ignored. This is not just poor customer service it's false advertising. They made promises to get me to switch carriers and when they couldn't honor it, the response was essentially "sorry, nothing we can do." Be very careful with T-Mobile promotions, GET IT IN WRITING. What they promise upfront may not be what you actually get and trying to fix it can turn into a never-ending cycle with no accountability.
