Then he along with another technician (I think his name was Korei) started become verbally aggressive with me telling me to get the hell out. Korei told me to "be a man" and check it myself. The wait was minimal, the customer service was excellent, and the overall process was smooth. Jordan was the first to assist me and noted that I can park my vehicle in the back and leaving the keys in the car. I went into their lobby area, where I was able to enjoy one of their refrigerated water bottles. The room is small and I managed to pass the time while working on my laptop.
