I was delighted to learn that the Booster Juice stand upstairs by the food court also sells Acai Bowls so I decided to try one of their Acai bowls recently. Very impressive! They don't have as many varieties as Oakberry but what they do serve is just as tasty as any of the Acai Bowls from Oakberry. I found that the bowl they served it in was also much easier to scoop from than the cups that Oakberry serves their Acai Bowls in. When I'm eating an Acai Bowl from Oakberry, I always feel like I'm dangerously close to spilling the contents of my cup whenever I'm scooping from the top. This Booster Juice Acai bowl felt like I had more room to move things around without being so close to spilling things. I find that the location of Booster Juice is also more convenient. As much as I love the Acai Bowls from Oakberry, if I'm with a group of people at Park Royal (and I usually am), I don't like having to separate and go downstairs to get an Acai Bowl if everyone else is ordering their food from the food court upstairs. Probably gonna alternate between the two places from now on, when the Acai bowl cravings hit. I've also had smoothies from this place in the past and their smoothies are pretty good as well, but I am really really loving the acai bowls now!

After walking past all eateries, I saw this little stand just at the end - Booster Juice. I made up my mind to try some healthy juice. There was a new menu with this all green mix. So I ordered it. It costs about $8.99 incl. The lady who served me was new to the job but she was very polite and pretty quick to take my order. After about 5-7 mins the drink was ready. The first taste was "wow, it's so fresh!" not too sweet, just right about of taste. The second wow came a bit little when a ginger hit my bud. It was so good and I wanted a flash dance in the mall! Anyway, the food court was full of family gatherings, pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon which was normal. The ambiance was noisy , but it was a good kind of noise that I don't feel annoyed.

I probably get a drink from here about once a month when I'm in the area. I don't think I've ever encountered anyone else ordering or getting an order fulfilled at the same time I'm there. In any case, I recommend the mango hurricane which is a blend of mango, strawberry, guava, passionfruit peach, and yogurt. I'm well aware the sugar content is through the roof, but I'm not kidding myself and trying to consider any real health benefits aside from getting my fruit intake for the day and that it tastes good.

Yeah, service was great very friendly and patient because I like to look at everything on the menu before I decide. I was very happy with my smoothie bowl and smoothie and so is my husband. All vegan! They have two tables with two chairs each and bar style seating at the window. Not a lot of room when we first came in we were the only people but as we were sitting there eating, they got very busy. Because they're small smoothie shop there's no bathrooms, but there's a market not too far away. Plenty of street parking, walkable and accessible if you're shopping in the area!

My daughter  had the Lavender Black Tea Latte, I had the Matcha Green Tea Latte, and we both shared the Apple Pie Chia Pudding.  Neither drink was spectacular but it was a cold, rainy day and we wanted warm drinks, so that was why I had chosen those drinks for us. In the future I think I will stick with ordering smoothies and juices from Jugo Juice since that's what they're known for.  The Apple Pie Chia Pudding was acualIy pretty good; I quite enjoyed it. For a long time I was never into Bubble Tea because I always thought that the "Bubble" (Boba pearls) part of it was too filling. When I want a drink, I just want liquid. I used to go out of my way to get the jarred juice simply because from an environmental impact the reusable jar / exchange program was a great way to teach people that we don't have to participate in a "throw away" culture. And don't be fooled...not everything you recycle gets recycled. By participating in a single use business model based on recycling, you actually hurt more responsible industries (what Krokodile used to be), paving the way for less environmentally friendly businesses. Now you are just like every other juice place. No more reccos from me.
