I got tricked into being taken here. First of all, I bought 2 pairs of jeans online right before Christmas. They were on sale for about $25 each. They didn't fit. So, I called customer service at Boot barn.com and they said that I could return them at any store and exchange them for a pair that fits. Well, this store had one pair that fits of the same exact jeans but not 2 of the exact same name brand. The manager told me I could return these 2 pair here for a refund and purchase the 1 pair here. I said ok, but what I didn't know is that the price was about $50 for a pair in the store vs. about $25 for the same pair online. So, she credit the 2 pair to my credit card at $45 ( the price I paid online and on sale) for the 2 pair. Then, she rung up the price of 1 pair (inside store price) at about $54 which included tax. Then, I complained about returning 2 pairs of Wrangler jeans to buy 1 pair at a higher price for -what I paid online. Next, She left the counter to go go get a coupon for 15% off. That brought the price down to about $43 including tax for one pair. That still shows I lost money here. I ain't coming back here again, I'm going back to Chattanooga.
I wasn't done right here, she wouldn't like it either if she returned 2 pairs of jeans for 1 pair (same brand and style). I'm calling Boot Barn.com customer service as soon as I get a chance. Anyway, it was too late to buy back my jeans since she credit my credit card already at the sale price I bought them at. So, I was forced to buy 1 pair of jeans at a higher price here in the store than I can buy 2 pairs of the same exact jeans online. And I got tricked into doing it too. I don't appreciate that at all. read more
