She replied with another annoyed sigh, "Ohhhh... yes, just a minute." She was clearly not happy to be asked to help and annoyed with the imposition of a customer. Products in the United States must include a tag that explains the makeup of the product's fabric, the country of origin, and the care instructions. The only part of the tag that was left was the size. When they were questioned about it, they said that they removed the tag because of the care instructions. wouldn't that be better accomplished by pulling the products off of the shelves and returning them to the manufacturer.

Let's face it, nobody has time to dry clean everything and when a tag says "machine wash delicate, air dry", and I follow those directions, I expect it to be the same size and shape the next time I wear it. Sadly, more often than not, the tops shrink. Sizing up doesn't always work, as shrinkage isn't uniform or predictable. These clothes aren't cheap, so one expects better wear. Granted, I'm cheap and buy clearance, making it far less painful. Note: Staff are always a pleasure to encounter.
