The bad, if you go in there expecting customer service, forget about it, there was only one guy working and he pretty well stayed hid behind a display leaning on the shelves messing with his phone. I think if my intentions are to go in and drop almost $200 on a belt, I expect some customer service, and I shouldn't have to solicit it, either. He looked up on occasion but then right back down to his phone. Sales people shouldn't be allowed to carry their phones while on the floor. If they were set on burning a potentially loyal customer into someone who will never come back, congratulations, you did it.

After a harrowing day a piece mill tux was put together, purple tie with a stain, pants that came out of someone else's order (hmmmm). 1 shirt that wasn't ordered, crazy. The day after the event it was a battle for a refund! Basically, the manager (charming) called me a liar, would not let me finish a sentence, and worse... when she came out of the back she looked like she had been sleeping. Unbelievable, I guess she was tired and cranky.

Looked like…read morea lovely boutique and wished I lived in the US so I could go there, then I seen a pair of neon tweed shorts and fell in love. I sent them a message and asked if there was anyway I could purchase and have these shorts shipped to Canada, I was expecting to hear no and they said sure no problem. A little over a week and I had my shorts! So glad I stumbled across them. I recommend to check out their page on FB they load a few new photos almost daily of the items featured in their store. I have also ordered a pair of the same shorts for my friend over the phone and the sales lady took and submitted my order, it took two minutes and she was very pleased to help me with my order. The emails are a bit slower with communication which is understandable since they are working so If you see something you like it will be faster to call in your order. I highly recommend!
