This place should be put out of business! I wish there was a ZERO stars ranking. Do not EVER take a hat there you want cleaned. Hay was dropped off on a Sunday and asked to be cleaned and re-shaped. No paperwork given or processed quote and the "cleaning lady" wasn't there so was told the hat would be cleaned on Monday. My husband was called to come in because the "cleaner" they used made the hat worse and tried to say the cleaner sometimes makes the spots come out darker?!?!?! (But they would keep working on it) after a week they call to pick it up and said they could clean it and wouldn't charge us! After asking my they took the hat to be cleaned if they knew they couldn't clean it, they told us that we should have know they couldn't clean a felt Stetson hat and they "work 10hr days and cleaning hats isn't their only job!" (Even though they advertise a dedicated hat bar in their store with a cleaning service") when my husband told the lady it was an expensive hat and he wanted to speak to the owner, the lady told he "she knew how much his hat was". The owner called us today and proceeded to cuss my husband out on the phone and told him he wouldn't work with a "customer like us" and he was donating our hat to charity! We have already filed a BBB complaint...I regret not coming and looking at these reviews before even stepping foot into that store! He and his staff are the most rudest and disrespectful people I have ever encountered in the customer service/retail industry. Buyer beware!! Response to the owner-the only people causing chaos were your staff! There was no finger pointing or yelling by us, in fact the only people yelling were your staff, we never even raised our voices. I had to stop your staff multiple times from belittling my husband in front of the customers that were walking into your store so the only "chaotic situation" that was created was by your store! You all have mastered the art of deflection for sure...I will give you that! I also wish I had photos of the before so everyone could see the mess you all created. I can see by your overall yelp rating that I am not alone so I not worried about how you " feel" about our business. read more

If I could add zero stars I would. Sitting in the parking lot of this business solely to write this review. I came in with my husband and newborn daughter with our stroller and because we took a little too long browsing the man seated at the computer behind the check out counter instructed his crew of teenage girls to fan out and watch our every move. When that wasn't good enough he also joined in faking a conversation with one of them that just so happened to be on the aisle we were shopping on. This might shed light on why there was no other vehicles in the parking lot to shop here. I've purchased hundreds of dollars worth of clothes and boots here during the holidays and will no longer be returning. I wholeheartedly understand being vigilant In today's time... but you cannot hold everyone guilty of thievery. Disgusting behavior. read more

Selection of boots was quite nice, thus the two stars, but customer service was absolutely awful. I was in the store for 45 minutes trying to find the right pair of boots for myself. I was greeted with a basic "hello" upon entry, but while I was looking and trying on boots, not once did an employee ask if I needed any assistance, ask if I was finding everything ok, ask if there was any particular style I was looking for, nothing. After finally finding a pair of boots I liked that fit well, I decided I didn't even want to give them my money considering the lack of any service I'd gotten, and instead decided to shop anywhere else. Upon leaving, the woman behind the counter at least gave the basic "have a nice day sir". I was amazed that even as I was leaving without having made a purchase, there was still not a single effort to assist me, not even a last ditch effort to make a sale.... the gentleman who was working on the other side of the counter who never made the slightest effort to provide any assistance, made good and sure to stare at my feet for a solid 2-3 seconds apparently to make sure I didn't pull a boot swap... Will never shop there in the future, nor will I recommend this store. Good customer service takes such a minimal effort that my experience there today was just sad. read more

Terrible customer service. I would buy straight from manufacturer vs them as they claim it is wear and tear and your fault if there is a defect. I had an awful experience buying boots for my first time from these people. Go to Cavander's and work with some real professionals. The owner is a joke and he doesn't work well with customers. All they are trying to do is push product through the door without ensuring that it fits properly for their customers. The whole staff is a joke! read more

Definitely recommend this place highly for work wear or casual wear. Was in need of new steel toes and they had very low prices on high quality work boots and saw they had a sale on a certain brand of work wear I picked up a couple of pants as well. Can't recommend this place enough! read more

Nice selection of clothes, boots and accessories in this western store. They have both working and dress boots. Lots of nice things for women as well. And if you like Columbia clothing they have lots of choices. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful. read more

My experience was negative. I asked specific questions about the return policy for the boots I purchased. As explained to me, I could wear the boots for up to 30 days. If I didn't like then I could return them . When I tried to return the boots after wearing them for two days I was not allowed to return unless I purchased another pair. That was not explained when I purchased the boots. I will not shop there again. read more
