The guy stocking quoted a price, the other guy quoted the same price get to the register and rude A@s lady at the register said it was a dollar more. I called over the guy who quoted the price and she was rude to him and me and didn't honor the price. I told her there is never a reason to be rude to customer. She tells me she is not rude. My perceived & expected expectations for service are not determined by you. For me I would rather pay a few extra dollars for service then to drive to Terrible service.

When I was walking out I spotted a dozen to 2 dozen boxes next to the exit. I found the perfect box and then asked if I may have it. Although I did not know the person behind the counter, he seemed to have an attitude. He had both of his hands in his front pants pockets and said I need those boxes for customers. I didn't want to get in a debate or plead my case that although I was not a customer at that time, I was a customer in the past and I was a potential customer in the future. It wasn't worth it, so I put the box back and drove to Wise Guys. Nicks Liquors will not be getting my business in the future.
