If you don't sell styofroam cups, that's cool, I'll buy plastic cups. The "we don't do that here" statement was unnecessary. She clearly implied and assumed simple minded thoughts. I'm a young business professional, with an affluent income that was looking to buy spirits and cups for a family get together, and was talked to like I was about to take a "styrofoam cup" to the face while driving like an alcoholic. The incompetence level was something else but then again, her response to my question tells me what type of customers they typically have and attract.
