( low staff moral I'm guessing). Then to find the exit entrance at the back of the store has now closed permanently due to store theft.. idea... put a security guard on the exit entrance. this is extremely concerning from a health and safety perspective as a emergency exit, everyone running for the stairs in a fire of a building of that size is dangerous. do better primark!

I thought I was cured when all Bristol had to offer was the worst of the worst Primark's, with their poor selection and disorganised layout. But then they opened a super-store sized outlet and I just couldn't resist. I'm not saying it's the best one I've been to, and I've been to MANY, but I've never come out empty handed. My favourite thing about the brand new shiny Primark is their range of accessories which take up almost a third of the ground floor. Their underwear department is a bit lacking, but their sparkly dresses and cheap hosiery more than make up for it. The queues are still long, and you need a patient of a saint to trawl through the rails, but compared to most Primark stores this one is well managed and easy to navigate.

It's absolutely massive for a start so you're bound to find whatever cosmetic or pharmaceutical product you're after. And best of all it has the most helpful and friendly staff of any shop in Bath. Whenever I've been in, one of the shop assistants has been at hand to help me find me exactly what I'm after or recommend something new to me. This Boots also has a great range of cosmetics and perfumes which I've never seen in any of their other stores. My best buy here has been the new Prada perfume at £35 which was sold out everywhere else I'd been.

Through the main door you can find the sanctuary range and shampoos, brushes etc. This is also the section that does any gift sets. You can also find nappies, tweezers, toothpastes, etc etc. Moving through you have chiropody items, herbal ranges and then of course the compact but adequate range of makeups on offer. There is a private consulting room and the chemist can offer pregnancy testing, stop smoking advice and blood pressure and glucose monitoring. Bhogals runs an extensive repeat prescription service with many of the local G.P's surgeries. They also have a small passport photography service and a "print your own" Kodak machine for your digital camera. Perfumes and fragrances are sold at very reasonable prices. Opening hours are 9 - 7pm Mon to Sat.
