The pump person (man) comes to my car and I tell him to fill it it. Instead he sets it to $40 and walks away. I tell him repeatedly that the tank is full and he keeps saying not on $40 yet. I tell him I said fill it not $40. In the interim the lady in the lane next to mine starts yelling that gas is pouring out of my tank. The guy goes and pulls it out and gas is running down the side of my car and pouring into a puddle beneath my car. The guy puts the nozzle in the gas stand takes my $$$ and walks away. Worst experience ever. The guy was arrogant and rude. I pulled away because my car was idling over a huge amount of gasoline. I was concerned about it because there was a lot of fuel on the ground and on the pump itself. This is not acceptable and I will be filing a complaint against them. I'm about to reach out to the police to report this.

Earlier today, I purchased a vape that turned out to be defective. It would work intermittently and then stop. I returned about two hours later, politely asking if it could be exchanged since it was clearly a brand-new purchase. The battery and juice level were both still full, showing it had barely been used. Instead of being treated like a valued, loyal customer, I was immediately met with an aggressive attitude. The employee took the vape from me, blew into it to prove it worked at that moment, and told me it was "made in China" and that it wasn't his problem. I explained that I've been a regular customer for the past year and have never once asked for a replacement or had any complaints. I simply asked if he would honor an exchange this one time. He became increasingly irritated, threw the defective vape aside, grabbed another one, and insisted that I open it and test it in front of him while two other customers stood behind me. The entire interaction made me feel like I was being treated as if I were trying to scam him, when all I wanted was a replacement for a product I had purchased just a couple of hours earlier. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. What stood out most wasn't the defective product--it was the way I was treated. Everyone has bad days, and I usually try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I've never been spoken to or made to feel so humiliated over such a reasonable request. The interaction was uncomfortable enough that another customer even seemed concerned by how I was being treated. Unfortunately, after being a loyal customer for the past year, this experience has convinced me not to return. Customer service matters just as much as the products being sold, and today I felt neither respected nor appreciated.

BEWARE OF THIS STATION On Fri., 8/25/23 4:30 pm I visited this gas station. I had exactly between…read more1/4 and 1/2 tank full of gas. I asked the attendant for $20 worth of regular cash. I drive a 2021 Kia Forte and that $20 should have filled up my tank. Once finished, I paid the attendant and drove off. After a bit I noticed that something was off because I only had 3/4 of a tank of gas. I immediately drove back and told the attendant I didn't get $20 worth. He pretended not to understand English so another guy interpreted for him. He said because it's summer it takes longer for the gas to register. Yeah, ok! I've been driving for over 40 years and I know when I've been ripped off. I also know almost to the dollar how much it takes to fill my gas tank. Needless to say, I was angry and immediately drove to the police station and filed a complaint of theft. I contacted Lukoil who naturally denied all responsibility for what had happened. I also contacted NJ State Weights and Measures but I truly don't think the problem was with the pump. BE VERY VIGILANT AND PAY CLOSE ATTENTION IF YOU CHOOSE TO GET GAS AT THIS STATION.

There are shopping carts literally blocking aisles of the parking lot and not just left behind by customers but put in the return area so many of them that they don't fit anymore gas station attendent were rude. rude. I know it's not to a store based on how the customers act but they could work on their flow in their store and in their parking lot to make it a much more pleasant experience. I have stopped for gas at 7 am on a weekday and the has always been very pleasant. I guess I caught them on a bad day, but I will not be back.
