After arduously trying to order window screen materials from Ace Hardware / Ted's Borderland Hardware, I am extremely disappointed with the entire experience. Not once, but twice, the merchandise was delivered damaged, and both times my orders ended up being cancelled. This has been a complete waste of my time. I needed these materials for a job, and instead of receiving usable products, I was left dealing with damaged merchandise, cancelled orders, and no real solution. It is very frustrating when a customer makes an effort to place an order, waits for it, and then the store cannot deliver the items in acceptable condition. At this point, I would not feel comfortable relying on them for materials that matter. If they cannot properly handle, ship, inspect, or fulfill a basic window screen material order without damage, that says a lot about their process and customer care.
