It seemed suspicious, however, we accepted the furniture ( our living room was empty). It all looked used and the loveseat was crooked. We gave Lacks the benifit of the doubt, then we decided to call Lacks to tell them what we thought. They sent a technician who diagnosed a crooked bar underneath, I told him we don't use it. I asked him if it looked used to him - he stayed quite, and ordered a new one. We received our new loveseat today, July 11, and it is so obvious the sofa is a used sofa. Never again!
