Quint say hi couldn't answer my questions and I said wow you must be having a bad day and she just gave me a dirty look. I don't understand why people pay people like that when they can't even have a smiley face, she didn't have to carry on a conversation with me, but she could've had a smile on it on her face or address a customer very rude young lady would never go to her again. A few of the guys that I work and ice fish with are big bourbon and whiskey snobs, so this is where I go to stock up when they are in town. Now just the other day. I googled liqueur that I needed for a specific cocktail. And Flannery's came up. So I called and acquired about that specific item when I did this. His comment was well. I'm a liquor store and it's a liquor. That's why it came up. I don't carry it. So I guess I snapped back and said well there's another liquor store down the street and their name didn't come up and then he replied that's because I pay $160 a month that would be for search engine optimization those are not his words those are mine. In return, I responded, whoa spin the wheel, big spender. Then I thought he was going to hang up on me, but he didn't. He just responded. Good luck in your quest. All I have to say is reputation, goes a long ways as does word-of-mouth. You need to work on your customer skills because if I were an alcoholic which I'm not, and you were the last liquor store on the planet I would never drink again!
