I IMMEDIATELY realized why the school is 5 stars. Just the way Mr. B instructs and teaches, he's very calm, patient, funny, and at the same time informative. Just a FEW lessons and you will feel amazed on the techniques he teaches. No intimidation, no discomfort, and 100% judgement free. I got my drivers license with ease and no faults. Even if you have practiced, I would recommend at least a class with Mr. B, because he will show you everything you need to do for the test. He will teach you the best techniques to make everything simpler! Scheduling is also very lenient on your availability. As for COVID safety, masks are required for lessons and Mr. B provides hand sanitizer every session.

My daughter really likes her instructors. Overall, we could not be more pleased with the experience. Every step of the way has exceeded our expectations. Communication, courtesy, service are all great. We are so happy we found Pal's Driving School, and we are very grateful that they accommodated my daughter to complete her driver's education. Three years ago, I took driver's ed here. Their website said that they "catered to nervous drivers." I was very nervous, so this comforted me. This was not my experience. I emailed several times the week before and left a voicemail asking for confirmation and logistics (it is impossible to contact anyone by phone). Finally, the afternoon before, after even more frantic escalations on my end, I get a 1-line email saying that she needed 21 days between the last lesson and exam and she wasn't on the list for the weekend. To be clear, TDA emailed us on January 2 offering to schedule her for January 24, even though she had 2 lessons left. We accepted that date for her exam. Not only did they never tell us about the 21-days in these emails, but they also knowingly didn't apply their own supposed rule. They never responded to my emails the week of the test to notify us that she wasn't able to take it. Nor have they responded to my multiple follow up emails asking for someone to call me. Nor have they given us a new exam date. Instead, they have taken our money, including the exam fee, and have been radio silent. I encourage you to look at these and the BBB reviews. I have submitted a BBB complaint, but they haven't posted it yet (and may not post all complaints).
