Love, love this place. The atmosphere is calm and all about getting and staying healthy - both…read morephysically and mentally. Coaches are around to help with proper form and correct exercises if needed. Any type of machine or weights/mats is available. Most any class you want- they have. They also have a full size pool, a smaller shallower pool, a hot pool along with a spine pool. Showers and Saunas in the locker rooms. There's a track for walking / running. Towels and sanitary wipes. The place is clean, clean, clean. It's wonderful to be around a huge variety of ages/ people. Price might be a bit high but is reasonable for what you get. I would highly recommend this fitness center.

I got to try a few things out during an open house, and was pleasantly surprised at the fun activities available. Rowing was my favorite, as it was the easiest to figure out, although we also tried rope climbing, tire flipping, and rock climbing. The rock climbing was very fun, and you actually go up pretty far. I wasn't able to see what the pool was like, as I got there a bit late, but I've heard nothing but good things. One really wonderful thing I was so grateful for was the fact that there was a cheap little store right at the exit/entrance, so you could get yourself a few snacks and a drink after all that hard work, or for later on.
