-2nd OWI Charge-Detailed review About the charge: Recently, I was pulled over by Canton PD followed from the bar. I had couple of drinks, officer said I was swerving, whatever, got me to do breathalyzer/booked me for right at the legal limit. Call Aaron after reading overwhelming amounts of reviews for OWI charges. Explained the situation, he got to work right away. Met in his office, told me what to except didn't make any false promises rather said I will try my best to get your charge reduced with the information I have from discovery. He did that and put me in outpatient therapy at Shawn Guideau (G&A LLC Plymouth) who was super nice and helped me get thru this, who by the way came with a reputation at the 35th district court, which made things easier but also helped me personally get thru this. Aaron was able to get my charge reduced to avoid jail time and represented me whole heartedly backing me up as I would for myself if not better, in front of the judge/prosecution. Long story short, if a lawyer says it's easy, or I promise followed by fill in the blank, let's just say stay away from those guys. I would recommend Aaron to my family/friends without a doubt. If you decide to go with Aaron, it'll probably be the best decision you've made after you get charged with OWI. Aaron does respond to his emails super fast, and that was usually our ways of communication, obviously phone calls before any court proceedings. I told Mr Boria I was innocent and knew I was innocent and wanted to go to trial and he told me 'I love a good trial'. All the evidence against me was from a single source, and that source was as noncredible as noncredible gets. He took my money and when it was time to plea he tried to get me to plea guilty and I refused, so he changed my plea to 'no contest' and told me not to talk. He told me to take the plea or get another attorney. He cared very little about the facts of the case and is intellectually lazy. Not a good attorney if you are innocent.
