My attorneys failed to disclose conflicts, involved unauthorized people despite my express instructions, and eventually withdrew after harming both my case and my health. I'm now pro se, trying to fix the damage they left behind. I've filed formal grievances and am pursuing legal remedies. They seemed more focused on protecting one another than representing me. Despite her being fully aware that I had less than two weeks to pursue in court. At first she acted nice when I spoke to her but then she changed in demeanor and became condescending and dismissive toward me which was concerning. She is unpredictable. My advice is to contact other law firms and have another attorney as a backup if you decide to retain her services. Attorney Josephine Stark is a good Attorney. She communicated back within a reasonable time frame. She did not in anyway waste our time or money. As a business owner myself, I understand how negative comments can and do effect the bottom line.
