I first spoke to Brockett & McNeel in December of 2019 to get a time frame when they could accomplish this Application. I was advised that due to the upcoming holidays in 2019, the firm could file the Application no later than February. My client retained Mr. McNeel in February 2020. Now, 3 months down the road nothing has been filed by Mr. McNeel. I have called Brockett & McNeel and left several messages to Mr McNeel and I have sent him 2 emails with no response.
