At the very least I should get time served for wrongfully having to have a breathalyzer or at least be explained why I have it. I explained this to Paul he said he'd look into it. I never got a answer as to why I needed to install a breathalyzer in my car . Instead he gave me a offer no timed served for the year and a half of the breathalyzer first offense before getting a crappy offer. I declined the offer asked to get timed served he hasn't answered in two months and I call several times a day. I'm not going to serve a felony sentence for a misdemeanor b.
