Going thru a divorce is already hard enough as it is, but even more problematic when the Law Firm you hire doesn't represent you properly. Time and again, I've had to deal with an uncooperative ex-spouse who consistently breaks the divorce decree. When seeking help from Schoel, they consistently said to wait off and build our case, knowing the ex would continually not honor the divorce decree giving us a strong argument in court, or at least this is what they told us. We're talking refusal of payment, refusing to drop off the kids at the designated times, etc. Then when the ex tried falsifying multiple CPS reports and putting the kids thru that trauma, in which CPS dismissed every case, I thought that would be the tipping point to take them to court finally. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Schoel's exact words to me were, "Well now if we take it to court, they'll say 'Why did we wait so long to bring this to the courts' attention?'" Which is what Schoel told us we should do! Schoel is a terrible law firm with complete incompetency. Good luck with trying to get clarification on any legal matters in which you need to continually have to call to remind them to call you back. Again, if you can, avoid this law firm. They will not help you and will only take your money, only adding insult to the injury you are currently going thru.
