They put pads on the floor to avoid any damage when removing my old closet and installing the new one. They cleaned up after themselves. And most of all they did an amazing job. They turned my old mirrored closet that had the wire shelves into a solid closet with shoe rack, rods for hanging clothes, drawers and adjustable shelves. Alvaro's tone, direct communication, and responsiveness, in combination with all the great reviews, made it an easy decision, Then, we met with his designer Marc at our home. We lacked kitchen storage and wanted more, and a coffee bar. We wanted to replace a granite topped breakfront with a wood top. Additionally, we needed a sizable bookcase for our office. Marc's got a great eye and even better ears - instead of choosing a trend or dictating what he thought, he carefully listened to our wants and goal of how we wanted the new elements to compliment, but not necessarily match, the existing decor. He understood our space and really guided us to a terrific design. The process was un-rushed and very collaborative. We went back and forth first with sketches, that then became photo-shopped realizations of the furniture in the room, and ultimately he presented architectural drawings that we then signed off on before construction. This is a family business that prides themselves on the craft of their product. Alvaro, his dad (a true master carpenter) and his brother did the construction and installation. They were thoughtful and as they installed and assembled, some things became apparent that we had not considered. It was all addressed with expertise and professionalism, wrapped in a true desire to make the best possible cabinetry for our home. Once done, their retoucher addressed every shadow of imperfection on site. Their finisher addressed the walls and outlets that were damaged by the removal of the granite and the changing of some electrical (which they also oversaw). You can not see a shadow of indication that what they created and installed, has not been there all along. I highly recommend Elites - we will be working with them again as well.

Owner Jim Zeffery was personable, friendly, and always available to answer any questions we had. He and his crew changed our outdated golden oak cabinets to a gorgeous cinnamon color that blends perfectly with the existing granite countertops. Another wonderful change was adding pullout dual trash containers and also pullout shelves under the cooktop and center Island. They definitely have the know how and talent to take your kitchen from "blah to beautiful"... give him a call-you won't be disappointed!!

Needs a QC to make sure the quality of the paint is a "10" Took 3 tries to not have orange peel, thumb prints, different shades, so the bottom cabinets had to be completely redone. What a waste of my time! Later, she explained she had a severe migraine and had gone to urgent care. I completely understand that medical emergencies happen. What I don't understand is why I wasn't notified before the appointment. We already had a scheduled appointment, so I was disappointed that no one reached out to let me know she wouldn't be able to make it. Instead, I waited without any communication. I also reached out to the company at 11:15 AM, but four days later I still had not received any follow up. I was ready to move forward with designing three closets, but the lack of communication from both the designer and the company did not give me confidence to trust the process
