I called and spoke to Dan one of the owners, and he was just a great guy and genuine and open and that intrigued me, so I gave them a shot. They showed up with a two-person crew [Ricardo and Kayla], to perform a deep clean on my home. They were amazing. They took care of my home as if it was their own. When Kayla had to leave earlier than expected, one of the other owners, John showed up, and he jumped right in and really helped with my house. This shows really good character, which is most important, when you allow someone into your home. I was so impressed by their commitment, I decided to hire them for biweekly cleaning. Today was the first day. I had amazing results. Kayla, who was assigned here, is an unbelievably hard worker, and meticulous with what she does. On top of that, she's pleasant, and extremely polite. The quote is by room, not square footage. Halls, stairs, vestibules, and landings, no matter how small, will be counted the same as say a kitchen, or bedroom. I booked instead with tidytroopers who were able to meet my needs in the time frame provided and did a spectacular job.
