I had a poor experience with this cleaning service and would not use them again…read more I paid for a deep clean and still had to go back afterward to vacuum up multiple clumps of dog hair, dust surfaces, and wipe down parts of the sinks and faucet myself. My own vacuum immediately picked up debris that had been left behind in one pass. There were several areas that did not appear fully cleaned, which was especially disappointing considering there were two cleaners working for about three hours. I understand everyone and every home is different, but I've previously had a single cleaner complete significantly more thorough work in the same timeframe for less money, without me needing to re-clean parts of my apartment afterward. The communication afterward also left a bad impression. Instead of simply addressing the concerns professionally, I felt blamed for the condition of the apartment and uncomfortable with the tone of the payment-related messages. My girlfriend also was blocked from the company's business page during the exchange, which felt extremely unprofessional.
