Had some tables to fold your clothes on. Also some chairs and stools to hang out on with several copies of the Melbourne visitors guide book and some maps to peruse while waiting for my clothes to dry. There were plenty of washers and dryers. The employee also let me know that my cloths would fit into a smaller washer just fine. She also loaned me the key to a nearby bathroom for customers only. I went in the middle of the day and had no issues waiting for machines. Great little place right by Spencer Outlet so I shopped while I waited for the washing machine to be done.
