The care the horses get is incredible & the community of boarders is warm & friendly. Owners live on the property, so horses are monitored 24/7 - when the horse I lease coliced this summer, they were right on it. There is an arena, round pen, dressage arena, obstacle course & miles of trails right off the property. So whatever you feel like doing on any given day, you can. The horses are fed 4 times a day... both hay & grain. I know this is really important for their digestive systems, and you rarely get it at stables. And there are 4 grass pastures for turn out - even in the desert! The stalls are large & partially covered for shade & protection, and there's a misting system for the summer heat. I love that there's almost always someone to ride with (there's both english & western riders) but there's almost never competition for the arenas or turn out. Five big stars for this place!

Since I've been boarding here, a few renovations and updates to the property have taken place, leaving the ranch one step closer to Tobey's vision for the space. I have spent the most time with Nyna between lessons, trail time and just running into her while at the barn. She is the life force of the ranch and keeps feedings, stall cleanings, lessons, farrier and vet appointments organized. She has spent a lot of time with my horse during lessons and turn out time. She called me and the vet, and thanks to her diligence, he was able to get the best possible care and endured the least amount of suffering. Since boarding my horse there for the past year, she has had a few health issues, which Linda and her staff have gladly helped accommodate giving medications, monitoring her progress, and even assisting with moving to a dry lot pasture as she could no longer handle the grass. I can tell all the staff truly care for my horse and want to ensure she is healthy and happy, which is worth more than anything, especially since I don't see her everyday. The owners,…read moreColleen & Dennis, were super sweet and very conscientious about making sure all the kids were having a great time. here's how it went: - They have a small horse named Annie whose mane is cut to look like the horse in Frozen, so of course the kids loved it! - The party started with some education about horses and safety, then the kids got to help groom the horse, and pet the 3 other horses in the stable. . - Then we headed over to the ring, where the kids took turns riding. The rides were nice & long, not rushed around the circle like you see at public events. - After all the kids had ridden, we had some time at the picnic table in the shade for presents, snacks, cupcakes, etc. - The kids loved it, and so did the grown-ups. Some of them were talking about going back for their other kid's parties. The owners also have an old fire truck that he let the girls climb up on, and said that for older kids (or boys!) he could set it up so they could squirt the fire hose, which I think sounds awesome. Summary: I highly recommend this place for an EASY and FUN party. It was by far the least stressful and most fun kids birthday we've had so far!

Everyone treats each other with respect or they are asked to leave. Lynn and Duane are the sweetest people who are very attentive, knowledgeable, accommodating and a hoot to converse with! I love that Steve, the ranch hand, is very attentive to my mare and always has a big smile on his face. It is nice, quiet and shady here with considerate and friendly boarders. I've told Lynn multiple times that my girl and I never want to move because we are so happy here!
