Bill arrived super fast, unlocked the truck, and jumped the battery in seconds. Having his awesome dog, Chunnley, along instantly relieved our stress. Incredible, fast, and kind service. Highly recommend!

Front desk was bragging about how they had to be mean to customers upon retrieval. I parked in a no parking zone. No excuses, simply wasn't paying attention and followed other people on private property. When I asked for legal authorizations required they refused to show me them only forced me to contest in court if I wanted to see it. The tow truck driver hooked to my tie rod bent the tie rod. I reported the damage on site. GM told me there was "nothing bent or anything cars just don't like being towed that's why my warning lights came on". Was lied to and told my car was reviewed by on site technician (the guy didn't show up for work that day) and independent (never happened). Asked for names, qualifications and what vehicle specific information they used in determining this and was ignored. Took it in to an independent technician who informed me it was a bent tie rod with visible contact markings evident to something being attached to the tie rod and pulled. Two weeks of communication, fairly and transparently showing my findings while asking for a peaceful resolution outside of court. They also "completed" my tow with the same driver who was beginning another tow at the exact same time. They charged the maximum rate and fabricated the time it took. 3.2 miles $606.92 1-1/4 hour tow time. Explicitly stated the extra time was for "careful handling". Now I have to go through their insurance because of systemic bad faith, dishonest and outright rude business practices. If they try to deny the damage to my vehicle I have pre tow obd scans of my car, pre purchase inspection of my vehicle that was two months from purchase date, day of diagnostic scans immediately upon retrieval showing steering angle sensor fault code.

I hope this is the correct towing company that came to get us a couple of weeks ago. We broke down…read morein the IHOP parking lot in Tukwila/Southcenter. Luckily it was still daylight and we were able to comfortable hang out until the tow truck arrived (they made good time). The tow truck driver was incredibly helpful; before towing our car, he explored more than one reason the car might not be starting (trying to avoid a tow); he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He in fact correctly identified the problem within a couple of minutes (as we found out the next day from the mechanic). Once it was for sure that we could not get the car going, he obliged to tow the car to our chosen mechanic and once there, he even helped us park the car and fill out the overnight paperwork. Amazing service. The best I've ever had from a towing company. Highly recommend.

He said he had quite a bit of traffic in Seattle to wade through, as it took him over an hour to arrive. However, once he arrived, he figured out a solution to my problem. He efficiently changed my front tire to the back and vice versa so he could tow it to the tire store. He worked quickly and was very polite. (I had no spare tire, so it was a bit challenging.) I would call again if need be, but I hope I never have to do it again. Cost: $358.80, which I thought was a fair price.
