I would not recommend this company. The service that I received yesterday was absolutely deplorable. When you are stuck somewhere and need to get towed, the last thing you need from your tow truck driver is smart ass sass. I called in requesting information on a tow and the older guy on the phone asked how he could help. I repeated that I needed to have my car towed. He caught an attitude when I could not read in between the lines of his questions and continued to ask how he could help me. What a nightmare of customer service. read more

I thought I was having engine trouble, so I pulled off of 405. Turned out it wasn't an engine problem, but my tire was about to fall off, and did fall off once I got off the freeway!! The people who fixed my brakes hadn't tightened up the lugs on the tires so all the while I was on the freeway, the lugs were flying off my tire. J took great care to get my car on the flat bed, since it could have dropped to the ground and broken the underside of my car! He cared more about protecting my car than speed. We had great conversations while he worked, as well as during our drive back to my mechanic who had messed up! I know he could have picked up someone else with an "easier" tow, but he made me feel good about the experience. We laughed and he calmed down my nerves. Highly recommend!! read more
