Bos were very nice at first, giving me a ride to hotel and promised to come pick me up later that afternoon to get important items from wreck . I informed the tow truck driver of the items I needed to recover which included my CDL, My Tablet, My House Keys and my Firearm in a Lockbox . They completely ignored me rest of first day , next morning I called at opening and talked to a secretary with a major attitude and I informed her that I was not from here and had to leave hotel to go home and needed items out of truck. With an attitude she told me to be outside in 10 minutes waiting, I did and 30 minutes later guy showed up to take me to truck . When we arrived I was able to recover my tablet and my CDL was in the office. My lockbox was on floor empty and a 9mm Taurus was missing, my tools I had just purchased from TA were gone as well . I went to the office and told the lady my firearm was missing and the whole conversation changed ..She told me to get the F**K out and went in back to grab owner , he immediately comes out and starts yelling at me , telling me to shut the f**k up or he was going to drag me outside and beat me , then secretary says " too bad you survived" and " glad you got fired". Police were called and i filed report for stolen firearm. These people are thieves and trash and wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy . May Karma be quick on them

I can't say I used this business because THEY NEVER SHOW UP. I have been assigned them TWICE…read morethrough Triple A and they never called or showed up, had me out here waiting for two hours. And both times when Triple A got in touch with them, they told Triple A their truck was broken down. They said this once in August 2020 and today in May 2021. They NEVER responded to me back in August and never answered the phone. I sent them a snarky text this time around and they told me they were having to come in from Atlanta. They're not in Atlanta, they're in Madison. So not only can they not keep a truck in operation, they don't even know where they work. If I'm outside of their service area, then they need to negotiate that with Triple A or cancel the service call so Triple A can get me someone else out here in a timely manner. But they just leave me sitting there. TWICE. I keep reading their responses to these one star reviews and it's the same: "this is not representative of how we do business." Dude! Yes it is! If you try to use First Call, be prepared to make a second call to somewhere else so you can actually get service. Mad I can't rate this zero stars.

Maurice's Towing towed a car that we are the lienholder on the account. Our customer called and…read moretold us the car was there but she could not reach them. After 4 tries I was able to talk to someone. They were very evasive and wouldn't tell us how much to get our car or exactly where the car had been taken. The car had been there for 11 days already and state law says they are to contact the lienholder via certified letter in a timely manner. At that time no letter had been sent. I was told on Tuesday they had sent out the certified letter on Monday. A full two weeks after they towed the car. They said they didn't know where to send it. All of our cars have a sticker with our phone number and business name on the rear of it. When I spoke with them on Friday to get information- once again they would tell me nothing but, claimed the customer had told them earlier in the day that she was sending a truck to get the car on Monday. Our customer said she didn't tell them that because she had not been able to reach anybody there except the person who transfers the incoming calls to the needed party.- were they trying to get 3 more days of storage fees? I told them to give me a call on Monday if she didn't come get the car and we would come get it. I got the call on Monday and was given a price but was told to make an offer and they would pass it on to see if the owner would accept it. but assured me it would be no more than $1225 through Wednesday. When I spoke with the same person on Wednesday I was told the notes say no less than $1000. The rep told me she has to verify that with the owner and for me to call her back in 30 minutes. I did, I was told he would accept no less than $1325. This tow company, in my opinion, is a dishonest poorly run business that takes advantage at every turn.

He said a truck will be right out and it was no problem to get the car home to Griffin. The driver was there in under 30 minutes. He was very kind and friendly. He even went a different way to my house to save me about $20 which I greatly appreciate. If we ever need a tow, I will call them first. He laughed and said well ma'am I can't price you for that if I don't know where he is. Well, can't you just go there and get him? I was very dissatisfied with his customer service.
