The tow truck driver scrapes my bumper and exhaust pipes down the trailer and on the concrete. I sent the office video evidence but all they told me is there's nothing they can do and then blocks my number without letting me speak to a manager. They tried claiming the vehicles bumper was previously damaged after sending me it attached to my car. Businesses like this should not be able to operate in America or even be considered a business. I highly advise anyone reading this to double think about allowing this company access to your vehicle.
