She has gone above and beyond recently with two Viking trips that were canceled. She worked diligently with them to get our refunds, etc. and recently another trip to Texas that had to be cancelled and rebooked. I booked a trip with Kelly Burton at Boscovs travel in Neshaminy Mall back in February of 2021 to go to South Carolina in June of 2021. Well the time flew by and we are back. I went with my boyfriend and we took my 84 year old Uncle. Kelly was great. She thought of everything. She even arranged a wheel chair for my Uncle going and coming from airports. If i had questions I could call or email Kelly and she would get back to me within the hour. She was pleasant to work with and I would work with her again in the future. We had a blast. I just returned from the worst vacation of my life. We booked our trip at Boscov's Travel in Neshaminy Mall- affiliated with Apple Vacations. We stayed at Sunscape Bavaro Beach in Punta Cana and I have to tell you, I am highly disappointed. The food was atrocious, the staff was ignorant, and our Amstar Apple reps weren't much better. I emailed asking for help, because we wanted to either come home early or switch resorts and got NO response. However, I have tons of emails regarding our final payment & baggage costs... funny. I can't, in good conscious, recommend this company to anybody. We are planning a Florida trip in March, and a St. Thomas trip next year and we will NOT be using Apple Vacations OR Boscov's. This experience left such a bad taste in my mouth. I will be sure to let everyone know how unpleasant and unhelpful this company was. read more

Recently visited Boscov's travel - Neshaminy PA location . What a disappointment . There was one employee on an early Saturday afternoon , no customers and employee working on paperwork . Never was greeted when I walk in and I said hello and advised I was inquiring about a Disney vacation for my family . The employee advised when and I told her the month and asked can I plan a year in advance ,asked several questions and the only response given was we have to see what Disney has to say ! I was so frustrated and advised her never mind due to she had no interest and since Disney has to give the BOSCOVS the authority for everything we decided to contact Disney directly to book . BOSCOVS lost ! I'm sure BOSCOV'S have guidelines to follow. This would have been our 3rd time booking a trip to Disney world but through a different agency which is now closed to impact of the pandemic . A travel agent should be friendly , warm and inviting . This agent was everything but . I didn't get the agent's name but this was Saturday August 13th around 11am . If you don't like your job .....don't work directly with the public. If I could give zero, I would. ELAINE is horrible. Booked wrong days in disney hotel and forgot to add passes. We were constantly following up with her and she put us off until last minute. I used this agency bc 0% financing if you used store credit card. We booked disney land vacation and disney cruise (combo) in 2014 with her. Not sure about other agents there. Do not do your disney vacation with them, I would not recommend. Ever. read more

Very disappointed with arrangements made thru this agency, mainly Eileen B.!! After planning a honeymoon step-by-step multiply times Eileen still couldn't get it right, OMG. I recently traveled through Boscov's Travel in Bensalem. My agent was wonderful and my overall experience could not have been better, My agents knowledge was wonderful and our trip was planned out for us so we were able to just go on our vacation and enjoy it. We traveled to Arizona and on to Las Vegas with stops in between. This was my 3rd trip with them and look forward to many more to come. read more

Trip was not well planned. We went on western adventure. Between the 3 bus breakdowns, missed adventures, no fresh water, stuffed up toilet on bus, and no help when we returned to Newark Airport; when we complained, the letter we received from them pretty much told us, our problems were ours and not theirs and too bad for us. Found out 4 other couples complained and they received the same letter. NEVER use them again. read more
