He called to book his appointment and then called the day of to make sure that the weather was good for flying. We came down and arrived about a half hour early. We walked in and were quickly greeted. They took us right out to the plane despite being early. Ken was my dads instructor and he was amazing. He let us take all the pictures and videos we wanted. He and my dad inspected the plane and all the equipment for about ten minutes and then they got ready for take off. My mom and I were able to watch the take off and landing from the ground next to the runway. My dad had a total air time of about 50 minutes and he said he was in control of the plane once they were in the air! After the flight, they gave my dad a log book with his logged flight from today. The staff was so incredibly friendly and my dad couldn't be happier. I can't thank the staff enough for making my dads experience amazing and this is truly the best gift I have ever gotten anyone. I can't wait for my dad to come again and I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking to fly!

Soon we were circling around the statue of liberty and on our way up the Hudson. Great views of the Freedom Tower and we went north, uptown and over the GWB before starting our return to Pittstown. He assisted us with all of the logistics, phone calls, very minute details, and planning/itinerary for our trip to an all-inclusive in Cabo, Mexico. He looked into all of our special requests for additional excursions and got back to us in a timely manner every time with multiple options. He truly took care of everything under the sun including writing up an email per my request with a list of when, who, and how much to tip at our resort. Paul made sure to caution us about potential scammers who would (and did) agressively approach us in the airport as well as other trip-specific and country specific details that absolutely saved us from unnecessary stress/costs/safety risks. Paul made himself readily available for our call anytime while we were on our trip and encouraged us to call him if there was anything that we needed. When I called him during our honeymoon to request a last-minute, romantic sunset sailboat outing, he sprung into action and got it all set up for us while we continued to relax and enjoy ourselves. On another occasion, I called Paul in a panic, thinking we had missed our transportation due to our tardy arrival. Paul called me back in just a minute or so and got everything sorted out for us right away. We felt that he truly had our back, every step of the way. We were desperate! I called around and no charter could get us to Boston. We are by no means ballers, but I fly small planes as a hobby, so I called a dozen FBOs and Wings Air was the only answer to our prayers. They managed to get us to a nearby regional airport with only one hour notice, and arranged a car to bring us to TD Arena in time to watch most of the game where we wound up winning.
