I informed the clerk at the front and they didn't seem like it was a concern and said the camera doesn't work and it only views the hallway. Staff is always friendly and I've never had an unpleasant customer service experience. And the beds; they are clean. Unlike some gyms where tanning is available and you must clean the bed yourself hoping there's a bottle of cleaning solution and paper towels, the staff cleans each bed after customer use. This location also offers spray tanning which I use, but be careful to follow instructions to avoid disaster!
