They asked what number of windows we had and then said it would be an extra fee for cleaning the screens. No further details were requested. They provided a decent price and then they followed up a few weeks later. We scheduled for 8 AM this morning. At 8:30. I texted and asked if they needed to reschedule and they said "no that they would be here a little later because they were running behind" then at 10 o'clock they texted and said "I'll be there in 15 minutes." They showed up at 10:20. When he got here he said "oh I didn't realize that you have storm windows and what I call French windows and the storm windows are going to be an extra five dollars and every individual French Window will be four dollars." I told him to walk around the house since it now was obvious that he had not seen the job before he quoted it and told him to give me a price. He came back and the price went from $300 to $1000 and I was told he couldn't even do it today. I told him no thanks, take a walk and then he started cursing at me and told me that I was rude and then I closed the door and heard him say something with the F word. Not sure how I can recommend him to anyone else. Appreciate the follow up from the business owner. I never used profanity or raised my voice. Good luck!

The technician did a great job cleaning out our gutters and did a nice job repairing one of our gutters at our request. We were quoted $210 for gutter cleaning on a 2.5 story house with a detached garage. We think it was a great value and will use this company again. We had worked with them previously on a smaller project (repairing a finished porch), and when issues arose with that recently they were incredibly helpful in working with us, including in conversations about the cost for additional and do-over repairs. The team is super-communicative, courteous, and diligent. They send frequent updates, including photos, when they're working and reach out whenever they have a question (e.g. about the color of materials, etc). The prices are reasonable and reflect the very high quality of their work. I am so glad I chose CRS and would do so again in the future without hesitation.

It looks like they used leftover shingles from a previous job instead of purchasing new ones that matched. My main issue was a leaking valley and a leaking bedroom ceiling. They "repaired" it very poorly, despite charging me $4,050. I wouldn't be surprised if it starts leaking again soon, considering the exposed nails and misplaced shingles. ( they did come to lay the shingles better by leaving EXPOSED nails which will soon cause a leak and didnt want to change the shingles to color match ) I also paid them $500 to seal my roof hatch, which I understood was a temporary fix--but that repair didn't even last a month before leaking again. When I called them, they quoted me $1,500 to remove the hatch and said they would credit the $550 toward that job. Two weeks later, I followed up by email, and the price suddenly jumped to $3,500. Their final email said, "You want to play games--let's go!" What does that even mean? Is he threatening to come to my home and start a fight? I'm reporting this message to the police in case they attempt anything. Do not trust this company. - they quote you using a drone without actually getting up and doing a better job finding the problem
