I use yelp religiously. This place is rated 4.3 and listed in my neighborhood. I needed my windows washed and communicated with this person by calling first and then they responded with text. They asked what number of windows we had and then said it would be an extra fee for cleaning the screens. No further details were requested. They provided a decent price and then they followed up a few weeks later. We scheduled for 8 AM this morning. At 8:30. I texted and asked if they needed to reschedule and they said "no that they would be here a little later because they were running behind" then at 10 o'clock they texted and said "I'll be there in 15 minutes." They showed up at 10:20. When he got here he said "oh I didn't realize that you have storm windows and what I call French windows and the storm windows are going to be an extra five dollars and every individual French Window will be four dollars." I told him to walk around the house since it now was obvious that he had not seen the job before he quoted it and told him to give me a price. He came back and the price went from $300 to $1000 and I was told he couldn't even do it today. I told him no thanks, take a walk and then he started cursing at me and told me that I was rude and then I closed the door and heard him say something with the F word. Not sure how I can recommend him to anyone else. Appreciate the follow up from the business owner. I never used profanity or raised my voice. Good luck! read more

Hernandez Home Improvement was scheduled to come on Friday to clean our windows. He had to reschedule due to weather which I completely understand. We rescheduled for Saturday. At 2:08, he said he was on his way for our 3PM appointment. Unfortunately, he didn't arrive until 4:10 due to traffic. Again, not a huge issue but inconvenient. Hernandez uses a filtered water and scrub brush system on a telescopic pole. He doesn't dry the windows or use soap. He said that his methods lead to streak-free results. As you can see from the attached pictures, this is not the case. Also, he moved our fire pit which is connected to a gas line (despite being told to be careful given it is connected to a gas line). Our fire pit is now leaking gas. Also, when it was pointed out that a window was missed, he became defensive and a bit combative. That said, he was one of the cheaper options (which is why I am giving him two starts instead of one). This is likely a "get what you pay for" situation. For our pressure washing and future cleaning, I will likely go elsewhere. read more

zero stars was not an option. We used him for windows, power washing, & gutters & Christmas lights! We paid twice to do the Christmas lights. Plus, he said we did not have the materials, he did most of the lights, and simply just left as soon as he got his Zelle! asked him to please come back and finish and he kept making dates and not showing up numerous numerous times all my kids we're so disappointed because, they love the lights. I said please come back and finish the lights, before the bad weather and he made numerous appointments with me and never showed up, hire him if you want to rearrange your schedule and he never shows up, it's one thing after another. Oh, I have a flat tire, I even offered to pick him up. I said oh my God I'm so sorry. Do you need a ride to your house or do you need anything? it's my truck broke, always has some excuse. We even fed him one day when he did our gutters I said, would you like some food? He said yes, can you put it in it a to go container? we were nothing but kind to him and I'm sure he's gonna come back with. Oh that isn't what I said (such bad luck) yea right! every excuse in the world, spaceship landed in front of my truck. I couldn't get past it just ridiculous unprofessional my suggestion is don't ever use HIMM so disappointed in him, because we gave him chance after chance unreliable times 1 million. read more

Absolute horrible work. The work was absolutely not done or done in an unprofessional manner. The owner has continuously promised to go back and fix the issue which began when he claimed to take pictures of every job he performs and there were none. I was not satisfied with the explanation (excuse ) and being that I was leery of sending the payment I did so. When I did send the payment he asked for me to send it to a different number which also didn't give me the warm and fuzzies. Oddly enough my tenant who was at home and my direct 2 next door neighbors did not see anyone cleaning out my gutters. A couple of days later I contacted him because I wasn't sure the work was done due to my conversation with my tenant and I was there at the property on Saturday and spoke to my neighbors. I called to let them know there was still debris inside the gutters. He says he will go and fix the issue with the constant empty promises of resolving it. On top of that I wanted to talk on the phone to again try to resolve the issue and got nothing but lip service which then turned into the I don't care post whatever you want and hung up. He then goes into saying to have a good day and he continues with the exchange. He also blocked my number which means he wasn't intending on resolving the issue. During our call he even admitted that he was at the wrong address initially which the numbers are clearly marked on the door. Please steer clear of these folks because they never make good on servicing their customers. Jamie did a great job cleaning the moldy sump pump stain on our side patio. It took two visits. Altho the results after the first cleaning were decent, I didn't want the deep mold 100% gone so Jamie ordered an even stronger cleaner and came back to really kill the mold. Came to clean our gutters spent about 20 minutes doing so. Left large piles of putrid smelling wet leaves and debris all over the yard. Threw mud all into our brand new mulch. Threw large chunks of mud onto our deck. When examining the gutters and downspouts several still had levels and debris in them that was dry and untouched.
